I worked with many startups, and I love to be part of startup companies because that gives a chance to work closely with management. You need to play a different role since man power is less and if you are lucky you will get a chance to interact with clients, vendors, other people who are associated with your business. Ultimately what happens this makes you perfect man technically as well as personally. Infact this is a glance, there are many more advantages, learning process involved in the Startup companies.
